41st Annual Symphony Designer Showhouse ~ 03/18 – 04/15/2018
The 2018 Symphony Designer Showhouse is a beautiful stucco circa 1870 home. It is located on historic Tradd Street, one of Charleston’s most coveted residential streets that stretches across the lower peninsula from the Ashley River to the Cooper River. Tradd Street was one of the original carriage ways laid out in the 1680 Grand Modell of Charles Town. The gated entrance to the front garden sets the stage for 142 Tradd, a gracious three-story structure in the style of an English townhouse.

71st Annual Festival of Houses and Gardens ~ 03/15 – 04/21/2018

Mullet Hall Trail Run ~ Mullet Hall Equestrian Center ~ 04/28/2018
Charleston County Parks invites Runners and Walkers of all experience levels to the 8th Annual Mullet Haul Trail Run. The race features a 5K, 10K, and a 10K relay on the trails of Mullet Hall Equestrian Center at Johns Island County Park. All three races begin at 8:30am on Saturday, April 28th. Afterward, Awards will be presented for the top runner, and all participants will be invited to enjoy food and cold beverages. This year’s race will also feature a Free Kids’ Relay Race of ages 3-11. Entry Fees range $32 to $36.

18th Annual Kiawah Island Art and House Tour ~ 04/06/2018
Offers visitors a rare glimpse into the Art and Architecture of several private homes on Kiawah Island. Five spectacular homes in the gated community will be open for public viewing, each with their own unique style. The Tour takes place from 1 to 5pm. Each home was designed with elegant detailing. 31st Annual Town of Mt. Pleasant Blessing of the Fleet ~ 04/29/2018
The annual Mt. Pleasant, SC Blessing of the Fleet and Seafood Festival is a fun and memorable Event. The shrimping and seafood industries are woven into the Lowcountry’s identity, and the community turns out to show support of local Captains and Crew during the daylong Blessing of the Boats. Participants are treated to a boat parade and ceremonial blessing of the shrimp/fishing fleet, savory seafood samplings sold by some of Mount Pleasant's best restaurants, live music, a craft show, art exhibition, Shag and shrimp-eating contests, and family-friendly activities. Admission and activities are FREE! 11:00am-5:00pm. Hallman Boulevard, Memorial Waterfront Park.

Wine Down Wednesdays ~ 04/04 & 04/18/2018
Experience the beauty of Old Towne Creek County Park during ‘Wine Down Wednesday’. Old Towne Creek County Park, formerly Ashem Farm, was home to Charleston preservationist Emily Ravenel Farrow and her St. Andrews Riding Academy. Located in West Ashley, the 67-acre estate is dotted with open fields mixed among groves of Live Oaks. Be inspired by the legacy of the Lowcountry’s nature and history with views from the park of South Carolina’s first English settlement at Charles Towne Landing, and the winding of Old Towne Creek through the salt marsh. Currently, the park is only open for programs and private rentals, but along with several other property holdings throughout the Lowcountry, it will one day become a county park available for regular use. Wine Down Wednesday is a great opportunity to get a sneak peek of this future park. Guests will enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres, and live music at this hidden gem located in West Ashley. Musical Guests ~ April 4: Music from Danny May and Cast Iron Food Truck. April 18: Music from Erik Swartz and Charleston Crepe Company  Admission: Includes wine, light hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a commemorative wine glass. 13th Annual Historic Charleston Foundation Wine Tastings ~ 04/19/2018

During the Historic Charleston Foundation's popular Festival of Houses and Gardens, guests can tour many of city's historic private homes and gardens. Circa 1886 will host two wine and hors d'oeuvres tastings during the tours to benefit the organization.
